This Billing Policy explains how we handle payments, taxes, and billing at Master Time.

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including:

Currency and Taxes

All prices and payments are processed in Israeli New Shekel (ILS). Product prices include VAT, so the price you see already reflects applicable tax. There are no additional charges based on the payment method you choose.

Billing Errors

If a billing error occurs, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate promptly and, if an error is confirmed, correct the charge and issue a refund or adjustment where applicable.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to cancel, hold, or review any order suspected of fraud or affected by payment verification issues, in order to protect our customers and our business.

Cancellation Fees and Deductions

Where a purchase is cancelled for a reason that is not a defect or a mismatch with your order, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, applies in line with Israeli consumer protection law. A payment-processing fee may also be deducted, equal to the fee charged to us by the credit-card company or payment provider, and if free shipping was provided on the original order, ₪30 will be deducted for the shipping actually supplied.
