This website is operated by Master Time, a business registered in Israel under registration number 305585028, with its place of business at Etsel 25, Tel Aviv, Israel 6763121. Master Time is the current brand of a business that previously operated as MNM Shop, under the same ownership. Throughout these Terms, "Master Time", "we", "us", and "our" refer to this business, and "you" refers to the user or customer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including their specifications and images. Product descriptions, warranties, and specifications reflect the information provided by the manufacturer or importer. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to differences in screens and displays.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Israeli New Shekel (ILS) and include VAT. We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, but errors can occur. Where we identify a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any affected order, even after it has been submitted. Prices and the availability of products may change at any time without notice.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase, and no contract is formed until we accept and process your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, hold, or review any order. Reasons may include pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, stock unavailability, incorrect product information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

In addition, you may cancel a purchase and return a product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law; the timeframe depends on the product category, as set out in that policy. Gift cards and customized or personalized products (including items adjusted to a customer's wrist size or made to a customer's specifications), cannot be cancelled.

Where a cancellation fee applies, it is charged in line with Israeli consumer protection law, as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment

We accept a range of payment methods, and all payments are processed securely. Full details are set out in our Billing Policy and Secure Checkout pages. There are no additional charges based on the payment method you choose.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Israel only. Delivery options, times, charges, tracking, and how we handle shipping issues are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law. That policy forms part of these Terms and explains eligibility, timeframes, fees, and the steps to follow.

Warranty

Watches sold by Master Time carry a 24-month warranty from the date of delivery, unless a different period is specified on the product page. The warranty follows the manufacturer's or importer's terms and covers the watch mechanism (movement) only, for internal faults arising during normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water or liquid entry, natural wear and tear, external parts (such as straps, bracelets, crown, glass, hands, and the dial), stones and inlays, batteries, or any service carried out by a party not authorized by Master Time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, jewelry is sold without a warranty. Full warranty and service details, including our repair and laboratory service, are set out on our Warranty and Service page.

Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers. Free standard delivery applies to orders over ₪299. Promotional offers are valid for a limited time only and are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, which may include minimum order values, exclusions, single use per customer, and expiry dates.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and product information, is the property of Master Time or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use it to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Customer Reviews and Submissions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute arising in connection with them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.

Any changes take effect once published on our website, and the date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Your continued use of the website after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
