Free Express Shipping
For purchases over ₪299, free shipping will be provided via courier to your home or workplace.
This service is available nationwide, including:
- Cities and towns across the country
- Kibbutzim and moshavim
- Remote communities
- Areas beyond the Green Line
Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days.
For purchases under ₪299, the shipping cost is only ₪30.
VIP Shipping - High Priority
For customers who wish to receive their order as quickly as possible, we offer VIP shipping service.
Delivery is made via courier to your home or workplace, with high priority handling.
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days.
Service cost: ₪39.
This service is currently not available for kibbutzim, moshavim, remote communities, and some communities beyond the Green Line.
Self-Pickup
Orders can be picked up independently from the business:

Pickup is free of charge and requires prior coordination with customer service.
The customer will receive a notification when the order is ready for pickup.
Pickup Points
The pickup point service is currently unavailable but is expected to return in the future.
When does the business day count begin?
After payment confirmation and order completion, the order is packaged and prepared for shipping as quickly as possible.
In most cases, the order is transferred to the courier company on the next business day.
The day the order is handed over to the courier company is not counted as a business day for calculating delivery times, as on that day, processing, sorting, and distribution processes are carried out within the shipping company's systems.
The count of business days begins on the following business day.
Definition of Business Days
For delivery times, business days are:
Sunday to Thursday only.
Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, Israeli holidays, and intermediate days of holidays are not considered business days for calculating shipping times.
Exceptional Delivery Delays
Although we make every effort to meet the delivery times specified on the website, there may be delays beyond our control, including:
