Shipping and Returns

Do you deliver?

Yes, we ship nationwide and internationally.

After I pay, when will the product arrive?

We strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible. Once payment is received, the product is packaged and sent out for delivery by a courier on the morning of the next business day. The product is dispatched for delivery based on the region and the time pre-arranged with the customer.

What are the shipping options?

* Currently, there is a special offer on the website: expedited VIP shipping with home delivery within 2-4 business days for all purchases over 350 ILS!!

 Therefore, the following options are not relevant at this time.

You can upgrade to extra fast VIP shipping for a symbolic fee of 35 ILS.

Upgraded VIP shipping - arrives with a courier to your home or workplace anywhere in Israel, usually within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays and holidays), for a symbolic fee of 35 ILS.

For some addresses, an additional 1-2 business days may be required for VIP shipping – usually for remote towns or regional councils. You can contact us before purchasing to inquire about the delivery time to the required address.

Is it possible to send a package via messenger and pay the messenger in cash?

The most common question...

Unfortunately, there is no option to send a courier without payment beforehand | Couriers do not collect money, they only deliver the product to the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I searched for a specific product/brand/model on the website and couldn't find it. Can I order it?

You can contact the store by phone to check if the product is in stock and has not yet been updated on the website, or if it's possible to order the desired product.

You can pay on the website using a variety of convenient and secure payment methods:

What are the store's operating hours?

* We are currently (regrettably) operating with reduced staff. Our updated hours of operation as of today are listed under the "Contact Us" tab.

Friday and Holiday Eves: Closed

Saturdays, Israeli Holidays, and Tisha B'Av Fast: Closed

Intermediate Days of Festivals (Passover / Sukkot): Closed

* The website is active even outside of store operating hours.

* Orders received on the website on days and/or hours that are not store operating hours will be processed immediately upon the resumption of store operating hours.

Is my data safe with Master Time?

 

We use the most advanced information security technology available today (you can see the global standard in the website's terms and conditions) to protect your personal information. No details entered into our system are stored in the system except for the sole purpose of processing your order.

MNM SHOP will never sell, rent, or share your email address or any other personal information.

Products

Are the products sold on the Master Time website authentic and new?

Master Time offers its customers quality brands sold in Israel and around the world, and we guarantee that all products sold on our site meet high-quality standards and benchmarks.

Every product we sell on the site is 100% original and brand new, in its original packaging with stickers, manufacturer's label, and has never been used.

What do I get with the product?

The product is shipped in its original packaging (unless otherwise stated in the notes at the bottom of the product page) with the manufacturer's instruction manual and a branded bag (subject to availability), along with a warranty certificate and invoice.

How often should I replace the battery in the product?

Battery life and durability vary and range from one to four years on average, depending on several different parameters. Here are some examples of what can change battery life:

1. Type of battery

2. Battery brand/manufacturer (including its country of origin)

3. Product functions and applications.

Is it possible for a new product to have a faulty battery, and if so, what can be done?

The answer is yes, there is such a thing as a faulty battery even in new watches, although it is quite rare and uncommon. Therefore, in such a case, you can contact the store, and our representatives will be happy to provide fast service, including round-trip shipping to the customer's home at our expense!

Important note: Some products also require sealing in addition to battery replacement.

It is important to have your battery replaced by experts with knowledge. We will always be happy to help and serve you with any question, repair, battery replacement, and/or sealing.

Is there a warranty on the products and for how long?

Yes, every product purchased on the website comes with a manufacturer's warranty.

It is important to carefully review the "Warranty" link provided by Master Time.

The warranty period provided for the products is two years (unless otherwise stated on the product page) - manufacturer's warranty provided by Master Time.

* Please note: The warranty provided for "fashion watches" is for one year only.

What happens if the product is damaged outside of the warranty or after the warranty period?

Master Time will make every effort to provide repair services even outside the warranty period or scope, in order to help the customer repair the product at a minimal/symbolic cost, all relative to the damage caused to the product.
