Master Time


At Master Time, we make every effort to provide a pleasant, secure, and transparent shopping experience. If, for any reason, you wish to exchange a product or cancel a transaction, you may do so in accordance with the policy detailed below and in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

Product Exchange Policy

Products purchased on the website or in-store can be exchanged under the following conditions:

Wristwatches

A watch can be exchanged up to 14 days from the date of product receipt.

Jewelry

Jewelry can be exchanged up to 48 hours from the date of product receipt.

Clothing

Clothing items can be exchanged up to 48 hours from the date of product receipt.

Conditions for Exchange

Product exchange will be possible provided that the product:

  • Is completely new and unused.
  • Is returned in its original packaging.
  • Includes all tags, stickers, and accompanying accessories.
  • Is accompanied by the warranty certificate and original invoice.
  • Is returned without damage to the packaging or the product itself.

Non-Exchangeable Products

Exchange is not possible for:

  • Products that have been used.
  • Products that were damaged after delivery to the customer.
  • Products purchased as part of clearance sales.
  • Products purchased as part of end-of-season sales.
  • Products purchased as part of Black Friday sales or other special promotions.
  • Smartwatches whose original packaging has been opened or whose original manufacturer's plastic wrap has been removed.

Exchange Options

Exchange in-store

You can come to the Master Time store in Tel Aviv and exchange the product without a shipping fee.

Self-Shipment

You can send the product to us via courier or registered mail.

The responsibility for the product's arrival at the store rests with the customer.

In the case of an exchange, the shipping cost of the replacement product back to the customer will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Service via Courier

For the convenience of our customers, you can use our exchange service via the courier company we work with.

Service cost: only 60 ILS.

The service includes:

  • Collection of the product from the customer's home.
  • Return to us for inspection and reception.
  • Delivery of the replacement product to the customer.

This is a special subsidized price intended for exchanges only.

Transaction Cancellation and Product Returns

A transaction can be canceled and a product returned in accordance with legal provisions and subject to the conditions detailed below.

Wristwatches

Up to 14 days from the date of product receipt.

Jewelry

Up to 48 hours from the date of product receipt.

Clothing

Up to 48 hours from the date of product receipt.

Conditions for Transaction Cancellation

Transaction cancellation will be possible when:

  • The product is new and unused.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • The original invoice and warranty certificate are attached.
  • All accessories and gifts provided as part of the transaction are returned along with the product.

Product Return

The product can be returned in one of the following ways:

Coming to the store

Returning the product independently to the Master Time branch in Tel Aviv.

Self-Shipment

Sending the product via registered mail or a courier on behalf of the customer.

The cost of shipping to the business is borne by the customer.

Collection by Courier

You can arrange for collection via our courier company at a cost of 60 ILS.

The service includes collection from the customer's home and return of the product to the store for processing the cancellation request.

Cancellation Fees

In the event of a transaction cancellation that is not due to a product defect or non-conformity with the order, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with legal provisions.

Cancellation fees will be:

5% of the transaction price or 100 ILS – whichever is lower.

Additionally:

  • A clearing fee may be charged according to the cost incurred by the business from the credit card company or payment provider.
  • In the case of free shipping provided as part of the purchase, 30 ILS will be deducted for the actual shipping cost incurred.

Refund

The refund will be processed in accordance with legal provisions and after receiving and inspecting the product.

The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the transaction, deducting the amounts allowed by law and according to the terms of this policy.

What is Original Packaging?

For the purpose of this policy, "original packaging" refers to the packaging supplied by the manufacturer or importer along with the product, including the box, wrapping, packaging materials, and accompanying accessories that are not an integral part of the product itself.
