Support Hours
All hours are in Israel Standard Time (IST).
- Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
- Friday and holiday eves: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Store visits are by appointment before arriving.
Special Holiday Hours: during Hanukkah, we are open 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Israeli public holidays, Tisha B'Av, Purim, and during Chol HaMoed of Passover and Sukkot.
